Terms of Use

Effective October 22, 2026.

These terms cover your use of the G2 Auto Group website, including the request form, the tracking page, and our text message updates. By using the site, you agree to them.

Requests are not offers or contracts

Sending a request for a quote, a pre-qualification, or a private viewing does not create a purchase agreement, reserve a vehicle, or commit you or us to anything. A sale only happens under a separate written agreement signed by you and G2 Auto Group.

Vehicles, prices, and availability

We work to keep vehicle information on the site accurate, but listings, photos, prices, and availability can change and may contain errors. Please confirm all details with us before you make a decision.

Financing

Pre-qualification is not a loan approval. Final terms depend on the lender. Any financing is subject to the lender's own review and agreement.

When you submit a credit application, you certify that the information is true and complete, and you authorize G2 Auto Group and the lenders it sends your application to, to obtain your credit report (and, for a business application, business credit reports) and verify what you provided. Submitting an application does not guarantee that credit will be offered.

Tracking page

The tracking page shows the status of your request for your convenience. It may lag behind what our staff know, and dates shown there can change. Please keep your tracking ID private. Anyone who has it and the last 4 digits of your phone number can see your request's status.

Text messages

If you opt in on our form, we text you about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Texting is optional and not required to send a request. See the full Text Message Terms.

Using the site

Please give us true information about yourself, and use the site only for real requests. Do not try to access parts of the site that are not meant for you, including the staff area, or interfere with how the site works.

Our content

The G2 Auto Group name, logo, photos, videos, and text on this site belong to G2 Auto Group or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without our written permission.

No warranties from the website

The site is provided "as is". Any warranty on a vehicle is only what is stated in your written sale documents.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, G2 Auto Group is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this website or our text updates. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its effective date.
